Bruce Keith Campbell

Bruce Keith Campbell, son of Wallace Rogers Campbell and Arvilla Bernice Campbell (Schwagel), was born July 8, 1943, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and died January 15, 2026, in Chesapeake, Virginia.

He served in the United States Navy as a sonar technician in the submarine fleet from1964 to 1984, retiring in Groton, Connecticut, as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. He then worked from 1984 - 2004 at Raytheon Service Company in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, retiring to Chesapeake, Virginia, in 2004 where he lived until his death.

He is survived by his devoted wife of fifty-one years, Lorena Cecelia Campbell (Debnar), who cared for him until his death; and their four children, Andrew John Campbell (Julie Richards), Traci Ann Frank (Kevin Frank), Daniel Keith Campbell (Ann Marques), and Colleen Anne Abad (Joemar Abad). He is also survived by his sister Kathleen Saunders (Roger Saunders); eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

The family will receive friends for a public visitation on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 10-11 AM, at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA. The funeral service will start at 11 AM, also at the funeral home. A catered reception will follow the service in the Graham Funeral Home Reception Hall.
