Bruce is survived by his loving wife of almost 51 years, Emily; children, Jason (Rebecca) Chilson of Mansfield, PA, Stephen (Debbie) Chilson of Roseville, PA, Elizabeth (Anthony) Norton of Canton, PA, William (Erica) Chilson of Holly, North Carolina, and Lydia (Jeremy) Landon of Canton, PA; grandchildren, Brittany, Cassandra, Jordan (Nicole), Sierra, Caitlyn (Michael), Evan, Jenna (Walter), Brenna (Matt), Mahlon, Cody, Carrie (Jacob), Madison (Leo), Cameron, William, Delainey, Lillian, Jessica (Jaden), Nathaniel, and Kylie; great grandchildren, Elaina, Summer, Ella, Nolan, Elise, Charlee, Minnie, Mya, Luke, Brynzleigh, Myles, and Marcus; siblings, Roger (Hazel) Chilson, Nora (Gerald) Walters, Dora (James) Tice, Linda (Daniel) McDonald, and Leota McClure. He was preceded in death by his loving parents; siblings, Stella Sargent, Roy, Martin, Samuel, Lawrence, Mahlon, and Richard; and grandson Justin Landon.
Friends and family are invited to call from 2:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Ward United Methodist Church, 587 Church Rd., Canton, PA. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:30, with his son, Jason Chilson officiating. Burial will take place in Hilton Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
