Bruce "Butch" Couch

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Butch a cherished husband, brother, uncle and friend. He passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 68 after a long battle of health conditions and complications. He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Susan; brothers Michael Ward, Junior Couch; sisters Terry Couch, Colleen Ward, Wanda Couch.

Survived by his wife Diane, his soulmate of 47 years. His siblings Arlene Adams, Helen Stewart, Correen Pratt, Richard (Paige) Ward; Sisters and brothers-in-laws; Sharon Kearns, Richard (Arlene)Kearns, Kevin Kearns, Brenda Kearns, Jeff Kearns (Deb), Barbie (Kirk) Staub, Pattie Kearns and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Butch was a loving and devoted husband. He enjoyed spending time and making memories with family and friends. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. One of his favorite spots was on their land in Alleghany County. He was a dedicated maintenance equipment operator for 22 years with Monroe Country. He was someone you could always count on for his wonderful bear hugs. Along with the gift to make you smile and laugh with his jokes. He will be missed dearly by all those who knew him.

Calling hours will be held 3-6pm Monday April 14th at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services 777Long Pond Road concluding with a service at 6pm.
