Bruce Davis Obituary
Bruce Davis, 89, of Newport, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, at her home.
A visitation will take place 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at First Methodist Church in Morehead City. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Bayview Cemetery in Morehead City with Rev. Patrick Whaley officiating.
Bruce was the owner and operator of New Image Hair Salon in Atlantic Beach.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Card and Barbara Carraway, both of Newport; son, Ben Ethier; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and a number of great great grandchildren.
Bruce was preceded in death by her husband, Ethan Stamey Davis III; son, William Roger Ethier; and her parents, Lolly Cecil and Sarah Alice Castello Williams.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s’s Children Hospital.
