Bruce Thomas Dimick, age 75, of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest in his home on Sunday, October 26, 2025. He is the beloved husband of 42 years of Tina (Stoll) Dimick. Born in Bridgeport on September 12, 1950, Bruce was the son of the late Harvey and June (Jezierny) Dimick. He spent his childhood in Shelton, CT, where he had many friends and adventures. As a young boy, Bruce played Little League Baseball and was honored to be part of the All-Star Little League team in 1962-63 season-a memory he cherished throughout his life. Bruce worked for many years as a shipping manager in the printing industry and also laid carpet and flooring with skill and dedication. Outside of work, Bruce found joy in simple pleasures-trout fishing in freshwater streams and rivers, cruising in his convertible, and sharing laughter with those around him. His sense of humor was truly contagious, lighting up every room he entered. In his younger years, Bruce played double bass in a cover band, a reflection of his love for music. He is the beloved father of Eric Dimick and is also survived by his sister Eileen Delvecchio of Mt Tremper, NY; his sister-in-law Nancy Angerstein (Fred) of Little Rock, Arkansas and brother-in- law Bill Stoll of Stamford, CT. In addition, he is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Paul Dimick. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. A celebration of Bruce's life will be announced by his family at a future date.
