Bruce was born in Milford, DE on October 15, 1958 to Thomas B. and Mildred Ilene Draper. He grew up and lived in the Albany area most of his life. Bruce was the owner of Draper Auto Repair and loved cars and going to car shows. He loved spending time with his grandkids, talking about politics and his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Donnie, Tommy and Ernie.
Survivors include his daughter, Brenslie Wilson of Lee County, GA, two sons, Jacob Allen Draper of Albany, GA and Clinton (Meghan) Draper of Philadelphia, PA, his siblings, Faye Everson of Leesburg, GA, Carol (A.B.) Stroud of Leesburg, GA, Nancy (Larry) Summerlin of Leesburg, GA, Cindy (Charles) Young of Smithville, GA, Debbie (Aaron) Carney of Baconton, GA, and grandchildren, Emily, Colton, and Aubrey.
