Bruce Erlenbusch

Bruce Kevin Erlenbusch, aged 61, passed away at his residence in Forsyth, MT, on the morning of July 3rd, 2023, due to gastrointestinal issues.
Born on June 23rd, 1962, in Alamogordo, NM, Bruce was the first child of Homer William Payne, Jr., and Mary Emma Lou Martin. Following the untimely passing of their father, Bruce and his younger brother Terry were adopted by Harold Daniel Erlenbusch. Bruce was later blessed with three younger brothers.
Growing up in Cohagen, MT, Bruce attended high school in Miles City, MT. In his early years, he discovered a passion for playing the guitar, fishing, and delving into new technologies. His natural talent for deciphering and mending mechanical and electrical devices set him apart.
Bruce pursued his higher education in electrical engineering, coinciding with his marriage to Tamara Rogers. They shared two decades of matrimony, during which they welcomed three sons into the world. Bruce's career as a telecommunications engineer led him and his family on a journey across various regions of Washington state.
In the later stages of his life, Bruce relished the joys of hunting, traveling, and savoring quality time with his loved ones. Bruce never encountered a stranger he couldn't engage in conversation with. Possessing a remarkable sense of humor, Bruce will be fondly remembered for his quick wit, radiant smile, and his unwavering empathy towards others.
Bruce was preceded in death by his eldest son, Jesse Daniel Erlenbusch, as well as his parents. He is survived by his brothers Terry, Steve, Pat, and Harold Jr. Additionally, he leaves behind his sons Jeremy (Misty) Erlenbusch of Miles City and Jack (Hannah) Erlenbusch of Riverview, FL. Bruce's legacy extends to his cherished grandchildren: Raith, Khaia, Castiel, and Ella Erlenbusch.
As we mourn the loss of Bruce, let us cherish the memories we have of him and celebrate the impact he had on our lives. His spirit will live on through the love and laughter he shared with his family and friends.
