Bruce was a 1963 graduate of Elk Rapids High School. He attended Northwestern Michigan College, during which time he participated in just about every dramatic production. He later served for three years in the United States Air Force.
Bruce was a member of Elk Rapids United Methodist Church. He enjoyed music and was very proficient on the guitar. He had a great sense of humor.
During the last several years, Bruce was employed by Reynolds & Reynolds in Bethlehem, Pa., where he worked designing and building armatures used to service elevators.
Bruce is survived by one son, Benjamin Fralick of Bethlehem, Pa.; his mother, Helen (Robert) Brugger of Williamsburg; one sister, Linda (Wayne) Mackey of Grawn; and one brother, Charles Grace of Trinidad, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Burton A. Fralick.
A memorial service is planned at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 29, at Elk Rapids United Methodist Church, with the Rev. William Chu officiating.
