Mr. Bruce Lee Hale, age 77 of Trion, Georgia passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at his residence.
Mr. Hale was born in Welch, West Virginia on July 28, 1948, son of the late Eldridge Lee Hale and Mary Jane McBrayer Hale. He was a member of the Trion Presbyterian Church, EPC. Mr. Hale was a retired veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed being outdoors mowing his yard and working in his vegetable garden. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hale was preceded in death by two brothers, David Hale and T.R. Hale.
Mr. Hale is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Tina Garner Hale; daughter, Kellie Marie Hale-Klaver and her husband, Al; sons, Bruce Lee Hale, II and Kenneth J. Hale; sisters, Sharon Sorah and Cindy Sisson; brother, Larry Hale; 11 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Mr. Hale’s wishes, he will be cremated and the family will have a private committal service Monday, September 1, 2025 in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.
