Funeral services for Bruce Hoffmann, 63, of Dickinson, will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 13, 2026 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson with Pastor Cheryl Lantz officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.

Bruce passed away February 6, 2026 at CHI St. Alexius Hospital, Dickinson.

Bruce was born September 28, 1962, in Watford City, North Dakota to Donald and Betty (Adams) Hoffmann. Bruce graduated from Watford City High School in 1981. He attended the University of Mary where he obtained his certification as a Respiratory Therapist in 1993. He started his career in Respiratory Therapy in Mason City (IA) and then moved to Great Falls (MT). Bruce married Jo Anna in 2004, in Appleton (WI). Bruce had a rewarding career working at various hospitals including Benefis Health Systems, Mercy Medical Center, and CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson Medical Center. Bruce was named Employee of the Year at CHI St. Alexius Health in 2017, for outstanding leadership and teamwork. Bruce was grateful for the opportunity to do the work he loved as the Director of Respiratory Care at CHI St. Alexius Health, where he was able to share his passion of caring for others with an incredible team of people. Bruce enjoyed traveling to see his grandchildren and telling them "Dad Jokes". Bruce was an avid sports memorabilia collector, with his favorite team being the Indianapolis Colts.

Bruce is survived by his wife Jo Anna Hoffmann; children, Devin (April) Hoffmann, Jarred Hoffmann (Alysha Schertz), Courtney (Quincy) Pierce, and Natalie (Patrick) Engelmann. Bruce was blessed with 8 grandchildren: Ella, Ethan, Gabriella, Haelynn, Amelia, Lilly, Lucy, and Bergan whom he loved dearly. Sister Wanda (Stan) Siroshton, and Brothers Blaine (Marianne "Toots") Hoffmann, and Jerry (Marie) Hoffmann. Sisters-in-law Aileen (Scott) Dahlke, Carolyn (Scott) Grady, Patty Luebke, and Brother-in-Law Walter "Chip" (Lora) Voelsch, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
