Richard Lewis Hoffmann, 75, formerly of Brick, NJ, passed away at his home in Bluffton, SC, on January 26th, 2026.
Richard was predeceased by his parents Harold and Anne Hoffmann, his son, Christopher Hoffmann, and his faithful dog Krieger. Richard is survived by his wife, Deanna Hoffmann, and his daughters, Elizabeth (Manfred Kuegel) Hoffmann, their daughter Mia, and Alexis (Jason) Hayes, and their children Zoey, Edmund, and Isabel. His Sister Lynn Hoffmann and his niece's Krista Lewis and Karyn (Jeremy) Bonfiglio, and their son William.
After graduating from Pace University with a masters in tax, he began his career as a CPA at Domino Sugar, rising to VP of tax and treasurer before retiring. He was a loving, devoted brother, husband, father, grandfather, and uncle, and will be missed by all.
