Bruce Johnson: A Life of Resilience and Renewal

Bruce Johnson, 47, of Warren, Ohio, passed away peacefully on his birthday, Monday, October 27, 2025. Born in Miami, Florida, on October 27, 1978, Bruce's life was a testament to the power of the human spirit to overcome hardship and choose a path of faith, love, and ambition.

Bruce was a dedicated and hard worker who pursued his passions through his career. He enjoyed the vibrant environment of Disney World, where he worked in landscaping, and later brought his culinary skills to the kitchen as a chef at Eurest Dining. Beyond his professional life, Bruce had a profound love for music and cherished the simple moments of life. He attended Coconut Creek High School in Florida.

Bruce faced significant challenges in his life, acknowledging that, like all people, he had made mistakes. However, his story is defined not by those struggles, but by his fierce commitment to change and self-improvement. He successfully overcame many hurdles, which forged him into the kind-hearted, loving, and ambitious man he was in his final years. Bruce found deep peace and strength in his faith in the Lord our Father, inspiring those around him with his dedication to becoming the best version of himself and starting a new life.

He is lovingly remembered by his fiancé, Angela Helmick, and their beloved dog, Hershey, who brought him daily joy in their Warren home.

Bruce's memory will be cherished by his six children: his sons: Drew Johnson, Jordan Kloman, Chase Kloman, and Hayze Johnson, and his daughters Aleigha Johnson and Hannah Johnson.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bruce's life and legacy will be announced at a later date. All donations can please be made to James Funeral Home to help offset Bruce's funeral expenses.
