BRUCE LEVIN made his final transition the morning of June 27, 2024, succumbing to cancer at age 67. Beloved son of the late Rose (nee Resnick) and Goodwin Levin; Loving big brother to the late Mindy Levin. Also predeceased by his “brother” Howard Pond and his Uncle Edward Resnick. Survived by his loving cousins Robin McCourt (nee Resnick), Joy McAllister (nee Resnick), and the many members of his close-knit South Philly “family” who treasured him. Bruce was a lifetime resident of South Philadelphia and a proud 1975 graduate of South Philadelphia High School. He worked at Thomas Jefferson University in patient services for many years until his retirement.Bruce’s passion was Philadelphia sports, so you could stop by his home at any time to talk sports. His family home was welcome to everyone, especially his South Philly family. Somebody was always there, and the door was always open. He was deeply loved by many and will be terribly missed.Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Monday, 11 AM precisely at Mt. Sharon Cemetery (Section W), Springfield, PA.
