Bryan Reyburn Bailey, 75 years, of Carpenters Point, Perryville, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 by accidental death. Born June 20, 1949 in Harford Memorial Hospital of Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Stanley Harry Sr., and Evelyn Reyburn Bailey.
Bryan was a graduate of North East High School and the University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelor's in Economics and Marketing Minor. For 37 years he was an engineer for freight and passenger trains between Washington DC and New York City for Norfolk Southern Railway.
Bryan was a member of the Maryland Watermen's Association. A professional waterman since he was 16. Fishing, crabbing, farming soft shell crabs, and selling to the public.
Bryan loved to hunt, and work on cars, boats, and houses. In his 20s he built a dune buggy. He enjoyed his tractors and tree cutting. He loved to travel domestically and internationally.
Bryan is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Kristina Bailey.
A Celebration of Bryan's Life has been scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2025, 5 PM until 8 PM, at the American Legion Joseph L. Davis Post No. 47 of Havre de Grace, MD.
