Ratliff City – Graveside services for Bryan Dale Davis, age 88, of Ratliff City, are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Ratliff City Cemetery. Rev. Glynn Baker will officiate the services, which are under the direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ratliff City.
Bryan was born on January 10, 1937, in Leetha, Oklahoma, to the late Robert Harland Davis and Eva Merle (Kitchens) Davis. He passed away on December 16, 2025, at a healthcare facility in Duncan.
Raised in Leetha, Bryan and his family moved to Ratliff City as he entered his freshman year of high school. He graduated from Fox High School in 1955 and married Pamela Hope Allen on June 11, 1955. Their life together took them to various locations across Oklahoma and Texas due to Bryan's career in the oilfield. He retired from Guiberson Oilfield Services in 1996 while living at Ratliff City. Following his retirement, he dedicated several years to driving a school bus for Fox Public Schools, where he delighted in giving candy to students every Friday and attending their sporting events.
Bryan had a passion for driving, particularly motorcycles and four-wheelers. He was an active member of the Ratliff City Baptist Church.
Bryan is preceded in death by his parents, brother Herman, sister Barbara Brent, and son Trent Davis.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Hope, of the home; daughter Pam McKinnon and her husband Ronnie of Duncan; grandchildren Toby McKinnon and Heather Burleson both of Duncan, and Ryan Davis and wife D'Aun of Amarillo, Texas; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Casket bearers will include Lesley Jones, Brent Perkins, Toby McKinnon, Ryan Davis, Les Hays, and Joe Kirkpatrick.
Family visitation will be held on Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ratliff City.
