Bryan David Newman, “Dave,” 62, died Monday, March 3, 2025, peacefully with his family near his home in Manchester. He was born on March 27, 1962, in Phoenix, AZ, raised by his father, Bryan, and mother, Jacqueline, and stepmother, Kathleen.
Dave attended Andover High School, served in the United States Air Force, and was a dedicated prosthetist with Next Step Bionics & Prosthetics for many years.
Throughout his life, Dave enjoyed cooking for his family, fishing with his dad, playing darts, golfing, building car stereos, listening to rock music, and telling a good story. He leaves behind his son, Adam, and wife, Shelby; daughter, Emily, and husband, Michael; grandsons, Henry and August; stepmother, Kathleen; siblings, Beth, Tina and wife, Anna, Linda and husband, Bill; mother of his children, Lou; stepmother of his children, Jessica, along with nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, mother, and brother, Phil.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Catholic Medical Center for caring for Dave. A gathering for friends and family will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, NH. Dave’s family invites all who knew him to join them in remembering the fun-loving man he was.
