Kansas City, KS: Buddy Michael Walters, 25, Kansas City, KS passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home.
He was born on October 20, 1997, in St. Joseph, Missouri the son of Kevin Walters and Misty Phipps.
Buddy loved spending time with family and friends. He loved to listen to music and go fishing and was a country boy at heart.
Buddy is survived by his sons, Tucker Davis and Nash Walters, St. Joseph, MO; father, Kevin (Tammy) Walters, King City, MO; mother, Misty Phipps (Mike Baldwin), Des Moines, IA; life partner, Savana Warner, Kansas City, KS; siblings, Avery, Camden, Dustin Walters, Epiphany Phipps, Phoenix Steele, Gavyn Baldwin, Hudsyn Baldwin, Sierra and Brianna Kennedy and Shawn Dean; paternal grandparents, Mike and Debbie Walters, King City, MO; maternal grandfather, Ted Phipps, Des Moines, IA; maternal grandmother, Heidi Kirstein, King City, MO; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 6 at Roberson Funeral Home, King City, MO. Burial will follow in Ford City Cemetery, Ford City, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family to assist with funeral expenses in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 153, King City, MO 64463. Online condolences may be left at www.robersonfuneralhome.com.
