Byung Jin Yoo, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025, in Temple Terrace, Florida. Born on January 31, 1943, in Hongsung, South Korea, Byung's life spanned 82 years of dedication to his faith, family, and passions.
Byung served as the Pastor of Eunkwang Baptist Church, where he guided and inspired many through his teachings and deep commitment to his congregation. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he touched the lives of those around him with compassion and kindness.
Outside of his pastoral duties, Byung was a passionate sports enthusiast. He particularly enjoyed soccer and table tennis, finding joy both in playing and watching these sports. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he often shared this passion with friends and family.
Byung is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Jae Hun Yoo and the mother, Kyung Won Kim, as well as a brother and a sister. Though they are no longer with us, their memory lived on in Byung's heart and spirit.
