C.A. Meals, a beloved member of the Cleburne community, passed away on July 11, 2025. Born on April 26, 1941, in Egan, Texas, C.A.'s life was marked by his unwavering spirit, passion for adventure, and love for those around him.
A devoted enthusiast of the great outdoors, C.A. found joy in fishing and traveling. His adventurous soul led him to join the Black Powder Club, where he enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow members who shared his interests.
In addition to his outdoor pursuits, C.A. had a vibrant personality that shone brightly especially when performing karaoke at the Burger Barn. His infectious enthusiasm and warm presence made him a favorite among friends, and he often brought laughter and joy to those around him.
C.A. is survived by his children, Teresa May Conn, Glenda Fay Stepp, Margaret Kay McCall, Charles Ray Meals, David Jay Meals; grandchildren, Chad, Misty, Leroy, Joseph Wesley, Charles Allen, Stormie, Cori, Leah, Vance
C.A. Meals leaves behind a legacy of kindness, fellowship, and a zest for life that will not be forgotten. His memory will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
