Les Peck, 73 of Nixa, Missouri, passed away on December 13, 2025. Les was born on April 29, 1952, in Hamburg, Iowa, to Ed and Peggy Peck.

Les attended Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa, graduating with the Class of 1970. In his early years he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing. He began his career with the Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha, Nebraska as a railroad track worker. Les transitioned into sales at the Bassin Shop and finished out his sales career at Ozark Packaging in Nixa, Missouri.

On September 29, 1988, Les married LouAnn (Hubbard) Peck, and together they shared over 30 years of marriage. Les ensured LouAnn was always taken care of, often expressing his feelings for her through music of the day. He loved a good home-cooked meal, rock and country music, and his red Chevy truck.

Les loved fishing---spending days on the water with friends and finding peace during solo night fishing, which was his way to decompress. He participated in bass tournaments and did well, earning respect among fellow anglers. He enjoyed pheasant and duck hunting with LouAnn’s brothers.

Known for his ornery, opinionated and sometimes gruff personality, Les was never shy about speaking his mind. He could be very funny and had a great laugh. He valued his friendships deeply and held them close throughout his life.

One of the most meaningful moments of Les’s life was when his friend Danny Burns in 2008, led him to a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. He also had talks regarding faith with Richard Lee.

Les is also survived by his daughter Brandi Romero (Jerry), grandchildren; Raeven Ramos (Ryan), Kaemon Reza, Joaquin Romero, great grandchildren; Ayden Ramos, Kai Ramos.

Les will be remembered for his loyalty, strong convictions, love of the outdoors, and the deep connections he shared with those closest to him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri with Reverend Richard Lee officiating. Visitation will precede the service at 4:00 p.m.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Adams Crematory.
