Callan Anthony Size

Callan Anthony Size, age 5 months, passed away on March 16, 2026 at UNC Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Callan was born on October 16, 2025, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, to his loving parents, Jillian Rose Size and Thomas Anthony Size. Though his time here was brief, Callan filled every moment with joy, light, and a love that will last forever.

Callan was a happy, bright little boy who greeted the world with endless smiles. He was full of energy and curiosity, always eager to explore new sights, sounds, and faces. Once he discovered his voice, he became delightfully expressive and "talkative," charming everyone around him. He especially loved his hands and was affectionately nicknamed the "Milk Monster." Despite his tiny size, Callan showed remarkable strength-especially in his legs-and a spirited personality that brought constant laughter and wonder to his family.

He is deeply loved and will be forever cherished by his parents; his maternal grandmother, Suzanne (Kevin) Morris of Pompano Beach, Florida; maternal grandfather, Jeffrey (Lisa) Wissel of Harrison, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents, Carson and Jane Morris of Virginia; paternal grandmother, Catherine Porritt of Troy, Michigan; paternal grandfather, Earl (Shawn) Size of Rochester Hills, Michigan; and paternal great-grandmother, Mary Porritt of Ohio. Callan's life, though brief, touched countless hearts and will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m-1:30 p.m. at Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory, followed by a Memorial Service at 1:30 p.m., also at the funeral home.

Though Callan's time in our arms was short, he will remain in our hearts forever-our sweet boy, our shining light, our precious "Milk Monster."
