Callie Brooke Goolsby, a beloved mother, daughter, and friend, entered into rest on Thursday, August 8, 2024. She was 35 years old.
Born on May 24, 1989, in Atlanta, Georgia, Callie was the cherished daughter of Gregory Bryan Goolsby and Cissi Goolsby.
Callie was a ray of sunshine who had her Dad’s sense of humor and wit. Her passions were making others laugh, reading true crime books, art, and her deep affection for animals. Her greatest joy, however, was her daughter, Bella. Callie’s love for Bella was boundless, and her greatest ambition was to be the best mother she could be. Her heart and soul were wholly dedicated to ensuring Bella’s happiness and well-being.
In addition to her parents, Greg and Cissi Goolsby; and daughter, Bella Rasky; Callie leaves behind her two younger brothers, Drew and Hayden Goolsby, who were an integral part of her life, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
A visitation for Callie’s friends and family will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.
