He leaves behind his loving wife, Della Reynolds Delph; two children, Brenda Jones & husband Jeff, Anthony Reynolds & wife Kim all of London, KY; four siblings, Curtis Delph & wife Stella of London, KY, Gary Delph & wife Bernice of East Bernstadt, KY, Darlene Helton & husband Ivan of East Bernstadt, KY, Barbara Peters of London, KY; five grandchildren, Jimmy Jones, Sydney Nakada, Brittany Reynolds, Haley Reynolds, Tanner Reynolds; five great-grandchildren, Coraline Wagers, Jack Wagers, Abel Weldon, Hermonie Meeks, Xzavier Jones; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Delph and Imajean Smith Delph; two siblings, Phillip Wayne Delph, Joan Whittemore.
Calvin worked in construction where he was self-employed. He enjoyed four-wheeling, old westerns, and gardening. He loved his family, friends and his little dog Tippy and loved spending time with them. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Funeral services for Calvin Delph will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with David Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery on Old Hare Road in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 6, 2023 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
