Calvin Weener Obituary

For Calvin "Life was an adventure". He was a man of strong opinion, deep conviction, and unshakable faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was a lifelong member of Noordeloos Christian Reformed Church, a respected farmer in the area, and with his wife, Emily, regularly expressed their gifts of hospitality and generousity. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Weener; children, Vic and Kris Weener, Gene and LuAnn Weener, Kelly and Kristi Weener, Mitch and Pam Weener, Konni and Kent Bosman; grandchildren, Ross and Deb Weener, Sara and Jon VanderKolk, Melissa and Chris Nyhuis, Amy and Brad Bickel, Jesse Weener and Kristen Cousineau, Nicole and Adam Knott, Merideth and Derek Kloosterman, Kyle and Abigail Weener, Kelsey Weener, Justin and Kari Weener, Mackenzie and Nick Welch, Chad Weener, Mandi and Brian VandeStreek, Ryan and Emily Weener, Kody and Brooke Bosman, Matt and Allison Bosman, Lance Bosman; 6 stepchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 14 Step-great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Norm Weener; brother, Paul Weener; sister, Mary VanOmmen; in-laws, Dick and Anita Boss, Nick and Pat Bos, Ann Boss, Betty VanderVeen; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Visitation with the family is from 5:00-7:00 pm, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Noordeloos Christian Reformed Church, 4055 112th Ave. Holland, MI 49424.
Funeral services are 11:00 am on Thursday, May 1, 2025, also at Noordeloos CRC with Rev. Brady Mulder officiating.
Burial to take place in Noordeloos Cemetery. www.yntemafh.com
