In Loving Memory of Cameron Jason Brunt

Cameron Jason Brunt, loving son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew, grandson, and lifelong resident of Clawson, Michigan, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on February 14, 2026. He was 26 years old. Born on February 23, 1999, in Warren, Michigan, Cameron brought immeasurable joy to his family, and to everyone that was fortunate enough to know him.

Cameron's zest for life was infectious, and his generous spirit touched countless hearts. A proud 2025 graduate of Wing Lake Developmental Center, he was affectionately known as "Mr. Hollywood" throughout the Bloomfield Hills School District. He brought laughter, light, and kindness into every classroom he entered, earning the admiration of his teachers, peers, and the community. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Wing Lake, especially to Beth and her team.

In 2024, Cameron received the prestigious Eagle Award from Wing Lake School-a moment of pride for him and his family. He loved spending time out in the community, embracing every opportunity to lend a helping hand. Whether exploring Cranbrook, participating in outings, or connecting with animals, Cameron found joy in every moment.

He was especially close to his classmates and teammates, sharing his enthusiasm for Miracle League baseball and bowling. Cameron was also an ambassador for Easterseals, a role he cherished deeply, and he fulfilled his dream of visiting Disney World on a Make-A-Wish trip to Florida, creating memories with his family that he held dear.

Cameron is survived by his loving parents, Jason and Jacqueline Brunt; his siblings Jennifer (Aaron) Schlager, Brendan (Kimberly) Cleary, and Isabella Brunt, as well as his four cherished nephews. Cameron will be forever remembered by his Nana Anne, all of his aunts and uncles, his special friend and classmate, Dylan "Dill Pickle", and his catechist, George Downey. Cameron was preceded in death by his Papa Larry, and Nana and Papa B.

Cameron's radiant smile, compassionate heart, and love for helping others will remain an enduring legacy. He taught us all the beauty of kindness, the power of laughter, and the importance of embracing life's small joys.

A celebration of Cameron's remarkable life will be held from 5 pm until 8 pm, with a Rosary at 7 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Gramer Funeral Home, 705 N Main St (Livernois, between 14 Mile Rd & Maple Rd.) Clawson, MI 48017. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00am Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church 581 E. 14 Mile Rd. Clawson, MI 48017
