Cameron Grant Goodrum

CAMERON GRANT GOODRUM, age 20, of Decherd, Tenn., departed this life suddenly on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at his residence. Mr. Goodrum was born in Jackson, Miss. to Dustin Goodrum and the late Tonya Goodrum on March 9, 2005. He was a graduate of Acellus Academy. Mr. Goodrum was employed at Home Depot in Winchester, Tenn., as a Lumber Associate for the past several months. He enjoyed music and was a very "social" person and was involved in the Ministry field with the Men's Support Group at City Community Church in Franklin, Tenn., and was active with the Genesis Teen Center in Winchester. During his short life, he became a friend to many of his peers and members of the Cedar Lane Church of Christ in Tullahoma and was a close friend of Joseph Everett, his "weight lifting buddy".
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Reise Goodrum. He is survived by his father, Dustin Goodrum of Huntland, Tenn. brothers, Sean Mathew Goodrum of Tullahoma, Tenn., Leland Goodrum of Huntland, sister, Rosalie Goodrum of Huntland. Paternal grandparents, Ken and Patricia Goodrum of Hazelhurst, Miss., Maternal grandmother, Wanda Hudson of Vaughn, Miss., two uncles and several cousins.
A Memorial Celebration of life service will be conducted on Thursday, June 5, at the Genesis Rain Center in Winchester at 6:00 P.M. Visitation with the family will begin at 5:00 P.M. prior to the service.
