Cameron Powers Obituary
Cameron Lee Powers, beloved son, brother, and cherished member of his family, passed away on April 12, 2025, at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on September 3, 2024, at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, Cameron's life, though brief, was filled with love.
Cameron spent his entire short life in the hospital, demonstrating a remarkable resilience and spirit that touched the hearts of those around him. His journey was a testament to the strength of familial love and the importance of togetherness in the face of adversity.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Platt; his father, Adam Powers; his loving sister, Abigail Michelle Sue Powers; and his protective brother, Clayton Wayne Brewer. Each of them holds memories of Cameron that will forever remain etched in their hearts.
A Memorial Gathering for Cameron will be held on April 24, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, located at 809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008. Following this, a Celebration of Life will commence at 2:00 PM, allowing friends and family to gather in remembrance and honor the remarkable impact Cameron made during his time with them.
Cameron Lee Powers, though his time among us was limited, will be remembered for the joy and love he brought into the world, inspiring his family and all who knew him to cherish each moment spent together. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
