Cameron Shields Obituary
Cameron passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in Tyler. He was born on August 25, 1991, in Tyler where he remained a lifelong resident. Cameron worked in the oil field and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATV's, and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by brother, Justin Shields.
Cameron is survived by his wife, Makayla Shields of Tyler; parents, David Darby and Amy Bass of Canton and Cathy Rousseau of Coffee City; children, Brantley Brown and Scarlett Shields; brothers, Wade Shields of Lindale and David Darby Jr. of Canton; sister, Heather Darby and Will Colley of Ft. Worth; grandmothers, Linda Darby of Canton and Linda Moore Godwin of Coffee City; best friend, Ethan Christian of Frankston; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
