Camren Baker Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Click Funeral Home & Cremations - Middlebrook Chapel on Feb. 17, 2026.
Camren Stone Baker, age 27, was born on August 11, 1998, in Knoxville, Tennessee, and passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2026.

Camren was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He especially cherished his relationship with his mother, Tarron Baker, whose love was a constant source of comfort and strength in his life. He was shaped by the memory of his father, David Baker, who passed in 2011. Camren's life was guided by love, laughter, and a desire to lift others.

He is survived by his siblings Mckenzy DeWitt, Jordan DeWitt, Kyra Baker, and Chazz Blaker; his nieces and nephews Annaleigh, Ranan, Vallon, and Oakley; his Nana, Mary Graham; his aunt, Kimberly LaFollette; his uncle, Ian LaFollette and his wife, Tanya LaFollette with their children; his grandfather, Lee LaFollette, and his wife, Janice LaFollette; his uncle, David Baker; and many cousins. We are especially grateful for the impact that his close cousin, Johnny Baker, had on his life.

Although Camren's life was met with many challenges, he held firmly to his faith and his love for Jesus. He often said, "Before something great happens, everything falls apart," showing his strength and resilience even when life felt heavy. He had a true gift for making people laugh and bringing warmth wherever he went. Even in his own struggles, he always found a way to lift those around him. No matter how weighed down he sometimes felt, his smile was contagious, and his tenderness remains irreplaceable.

Camren had a remarkable way of seeing people for who they truly were, never making anyone feel out of place. He loved his job and his coworkers, cherished his friends and family, and even extended a lovingkindness to strangers he would never meet again.

Camren's passing was accidental, and it was never his intention to leave us so soon. He had dreams, ambitions, plans to build a family, and a heart full of love that he was not finished sharing. We will forever give thanks to God for the 27 years of life we were blessed to have with him.

A service to honor Camren's life will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Park West Church of God, located at 7635 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37909. Family and friends are invited to gather for the receiving of friends from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., with the service beginning at 6:00 p.m. A reception will follow.

Although our hearts ache in his absence, we trust that Camren is now fully restored in the presence of Jesus. His laughter, his goofiness, and the way he made everyone around him feel seen and valued will remain in our hearts always.
