Cande Lee (Miller) Fulco, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 72 at her home in Hanover. Cande was married to her devoted husband, J. Louis Fulco, for 52 years, building a life filled with love and joy.
Born on January 10, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Francis D. Miller and Bonnie E. (Smith) Miller-Dell.
A graduate of Hanover High School's class of 1970, Cande dedicated her career to customer service, working for Western Auto in Reisterstown for seven years, Eisenhart Wall Cover in Hanover for twenty years, Kohles, and Lincoln Bus Lines. Her warm smile and kind heart made her a beloved figure in her community.
Cande's greatest joys in life were spending time with her family, especially her grandson, and enjoying trips to the shore. She also had a passion for shopping, which brought her immense happiness.
In addition to her husband, Cande is survived by her son, Josh Fulco of Hanover, and her cherished grandson, Jace Fulco. She also leaves behind her brother, William Dell, and her sister, Kay Overbaugh.
A graveside service to celebrate Cande's life will be held at 12 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore St, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. E. Robert Burkhart officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove, 440 Madison St, Hanover, PA 17331, celebrating her love for family and community.

Had a great summer last year with Candy. We were in the sun most of the sunny days. I knew her husband but just met Candy. Rest in Peace, Ms. Candy. A very special lady.
