Cara is survived by her parents, Diane Brownlee and Larry Phelps, maternal grandmother Mary Hignite, a sister, Zoey Bergaron (Kera), a brother, David Phelps (Amber); her children, Carter Kappel, and Courtney Beers (Harley), and her granddaughters, Isabella and Violet.
Cara was preceded in death by the love of her life, Brian Taulman, who sadly passed away just three weeks earlier, her maternal grandfathers Tom Brownlee and Richard Hignite and paternal grandparents, George and Betty Phelps.
A graduate of Whiteland Community High School, Cara dedicated much of her life to being a homemaker. She cherished her relationship with Brian, her children, and, above all, her two granddaughters, with whom she spent as much time as possible.
Cara will be profoundly missed by her many friends and extended family.
