Carl A. Berglund, III
Carl Ansgar Berglund, III, age 80 of Bethel, CT died at his home on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
He was born in Norwalk, CT July 25, 1943, son of the late Carl Ansgar Berglund, Jr and Muriel (Haessig) Berglund. He was a Bethel resident for many years, was a proud Army veteran and was a self-employed plumber most of his life.
Carl is survived by his son: Douglas Rodger of Bethel, CT; sister: Dianne Barber of Williamston, NC; brother: Gary Berglund of Spring Hill, TN as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, CT, Saturday afternoon, March 9, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Cremation will be at the convenience of the family.

Sorry to learn of Carl's passing. We met when he did plumbing work on our first home in Bethel. He was so very helpful especially in our early days of home ownership. He always had a smile on his face and an amusing story to tell.I am sure he will be missed by many.
