Carl Lawrence Brower (age 63) passed away March 27, 2024 in his home in Pensacola, FL surrounded by his family. He is survived by his three children, Andrew Brower, Adam Brower, and Amy Benante as well as his grandson, Fin Benante, his wife, Tammie Millsaps, his brother, Alan Brower and sister, Marcia Jones.
Carl was born on December 5, 1960 in Orlando, FL to Belva and Norman Brower. He graduated from Valencia Community College with his A.A. degree and worked as a UPS truck driver for over 25 years. He retired early from UPS after a heart transplant 16 years ago and moved to Pensacola, FL.
Carl was a man of few words but cherished his friends and family deeply. He loved spending time with his family as much as possible, and he was most proud to take on the role of a grandfather. In his free time he enjoyed being near the water, fishing, watching football and tinkering around his garage. He will be sincerely missed by his friends and family and all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5th, at 10AM at Carey Hand Funeral Home on Curry Ford Road in Orlando, FL. Flower donations may be offered at Colonial Florist.
