Carl Cochran Obituary
Carl was of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Della Cochran; brothers, Dennis Cochran, Doyle Cochran, James Cochran, and Earnest Cochran; sisters, Evolyn Hampton, Iva Lee Ware, and Frances Ware.
Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Julia Bell Cochran of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Pamela Cochran of Chatsworth; daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Tony Prudhomme of Canton, GA; sister, Willa Mae Stanley of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Brandon Prudhomme, Austin Cochran, Heath Cochran, and Nate Benson; great-grandchild, Roselie Cochran; extended family, Melissa and Joey Picklesimer along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Carl Edward Cochran will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 1:00pm from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Beason and Rev. Ed Hoggs officiating. Interment will follow at Fairy Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Carl Edward Cochran.
