Carl Leroy Denny

Carl Leroy Denny, lifelong resident of Colcord, Oklahoma, passed from this life on October 31, 2025, at the age of 83.
Carl proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was honored to serve and remained deeply proud of his service throughout his life. After returning home, Carl continued his devotion to others through his work in the community, always
lending a helping hand to those in need.
He worked as a mechanic for
many years - there wasn't much he couldn't fix - and he was also a devoted cattle farmer.
Carl enjoyed the simple rewards of country living and took great pride in his work, his land, and his community.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Jake Denny; one sister, Hazel Turnbull; and three brothers, Dean, Kenneth, and Wayne Denny.
Carl is survived by his son, Tyrell Denny; 1 brother, James Guyll of Avoca, Ar along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends who will forever remember his kindness and generosity.
Carl will be greatly missed, but his loved ones take comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ.
