Carl D Eichman

Carl D. Eichman born on June 6, 1930 in Cyril, Oklahoma passed away at age 95 on February 15, 2026 in Cedaredge, Colorado surrounded by loved ones. Carl worked as an engineer at The Boeing Company in Seattle for 27 years before retiring to sail the South Pacific with his family. After 5 years of sailing, Carl and family moved to Cedaredge, CO in 1994. Besides being an avid sailor, he also enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, and gunsmithing. Carl was the son of the late George Edwin Eichman and Masal Jane Eichman. He is survived by his wife Virginia of Cedaredge, CO and their son Peter Eichman of Austin, TX; three children from a previous marriage, a daughter Jerrie Carlson of Auburn, WA, a son Randy Eichman of Reno, NV, and a son Douglas Eichman of Olympia, WA; a brother Gerald Eichman of Navarre, FL; and five grandchildren, Angela, Trisha, Matthew, Aaron, and Brandon, and three great-grandchildren, Dylon, Abbey and Emma Star. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thurman Eichman and sister, LaRhue Eichman. Carl was a member of the Southern Baptist Church of Cedaredge, CO. A private family memorial was held on February 19, 2026.
