Carl Gregory Mashburn, 75, of Little Rock went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 14, 2023. Born in Fayetteville, Arkansas on April 13, 1947, he attended Lakeside High School in Hot Springs and graduated from the University of the Ozarks with a degree in Business Administration where he was president of Phi Beta Lambda and captain of the tennis team, and he met the love of his life, Sherry. They have enjoyed over 52 years of marriage.
For the last 20 years, Carl has been President and Co-owner of Re/Max Affiliates Realty. He is a former member of Rotary Club 99 and has attended Second Presbyterian Church for 34 years.
Carl loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, camping and riding motorcycles. More recently, Carl became an avid chef creating many unique and custom recipes.
Carl is survived by his wife, Sherry Mashburn of Little Rock; sons, Brian (April) Mashburn of Little Rock, Craig (Samantha) Mashburn of St. Augustine, Florida; and five grandchildren, Bailey, Andrew, Brock, Parker and Lincoln.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 18 at 10:00 am at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
Memorials may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network, The American Cancer Society, and Second Presbyterian Handbell Choir.
