Carl Otis Miller

Carl Otis Miller, born on August 13, 1929, in Fairburn, Georgia, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at the age of 96.
Carl spent his professional career as an insurance salesman, where he was known for his integrity and commitment to serving others. Beyond his work, he was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where he sang in the choir and taught Sunday School for over 30 years. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he found great joy in sharing it with others.
A proud Mason, Carl was also deeply involved in his community, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Robert and Eva Miller, and three siblings. Carl is survived by his devoted wife, Eloise Miller, who stood by his side through the years. He also leaves behind his cherished step-children: Glenda Stratman (Richard), Ruth Lindsey, Dr. Allen Gorman, and Elizabeth Falberg. His sister, Martha Walker, survives him as well.
Carl is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, a nephew, 2 bonus grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral service, which will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Carl will be remembered for his steadfast dedication to his family and his unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
