Carl Frank Owens Jr., 63, of Stuttgart, Ark., passed away on July 30, 2025.
Frank was born on Feb. 27, 1962, in Stuttgart to Carl Frank Owens Sr. and Jimmy Carlotta Owens who preceded him in death along with very close friends, Rollie and Virginia Rich.
Frank was a truck driver, worked at the Credit Bureau of Stuttgart and the Stuttgart School District.
Frank leaves behind his wife, Keda Bullock-Owens of Stuttgart; and a sister, Carla Wicklund, her husband Richard and daughter, Cortney.
Cremation services were through Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
