Carl Ramon Porter, born on February 27, 1949, in Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on November 26, 2025, in Albuquerque, NM, at the age of 76. Carl leaves behind his son Ramon Porter, daughter Debra Porter, daughter-in-law Karen Porter, and son Leslie Wallace. He was a proud grandfather to his beautiful grandchildren Tyrone Porter and wife Batya, Maurice Porter, Alysity and Aryana Wallace, and Kya and Azayla Porter.
A talented chef, Carl dedicated much of his life to serving others, particularly those who were ill or disadvantaged. He took great pride in cooking meals that brought comfort and joy to many. His love for his hometown of Pittsburgh was evident, especially when it came to cheering for the Steelers. No game day was complete without Carl's infectious laughter and storytelling, often sharing memorable tales that had everyone around him in stitches.
Carl's warm spirit and genuine care for others will be dearly missed. His legacy of kindness and his love of food, family, and fun will forever be cherished by all who knew him.
