Carl L. Reff of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend passed away unexpectedly with is wife by his side on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. He was 89 years old. Carl Leon Reff was born on June 12, 1936, in Bay City, Michigan, to the late Peter and Eleanor (Buzzard) Reff. He married Donna Marie Goodeman on June 2, 1956, at Kochville United Methodist Church; she survives him. Carl was the owner and operator of City Sewer Clearners in Saginaw, retiring in 1992, with over 40 years of loyal and dedicated service.
