A beloved Project Engineer of Irvington, NJ Carline Vales has died at the age of 51 after a brief illness.
Carline worked at Consulting Engineers Collaborative Inc where she participated in the development/construction of many schools, including the Belmont-Runyon Elementary School of Science /Technology Newark, New Jersey, Public School # 31 Elizabeth, New Jersey, Ramapo/Indian Hills High School Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and the Speedway Elementary School Newark, New Jersey some of her proudest achievements. Carline was a devout Catholic, a member of the St Leo parish and its many religious groups, including the Charismatic Prayer group. She volunteered at the Newark School of the Arts teaching special needs children how to draw. Took piano lessons, was an avid reader, and loved to travel. Carline was many things to so many people; a daughter, sister, friend, aunt, a brilliant architect and structural engineer, and a strict disciplinarian with the little ones in the family. She excelled at everything she did and believed in giving back. Carline leaves behind her mother, Marie Alourdes, her three sisters, Marie-Yves, Miriam, and Lourdy Cassandra, her nieces Priscilla, Isabelle, Liana, her nephew Noah, and countless aunts and uncles and many cousins.
Her kindness and generosity was guided by her profound faith in our Lord. Carline's passing has created an immense void that will never be filled. She loved fully and whole-heartedly.
