Carlos A. Henriques, age 59, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Stoughton on July 14, 2025. Born in São Miguel, Portugal, he was the son of Maria Lurdes (Vieira) Henriques and the late Gilberto Henriques and immigrated to the States as an infant with his family, becoming a lifelong resident of Stoughton. He worked as a sign manufacturer at ID Sign Group for several years. Carlos took pride in meticulously taking care of his antique classic cars, especially his 1968 Firebird and 1980 Z28 Camaro. He also enjoyed going fishing at Ames Pond, looking for antiques on eBay, and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his mother, Carlos is survived by his beloved children Jaime Henriques and his wife Ashley of Hyannis, and Brianna Henriques of Stoughton. He was preceded in death by his father Gilberto F. Henriques and his brother Jaimes V. Henriques, and is also survived by many cousins, loved ones and friends. He also leaves behind his fur babies Foxy, Ozzy, Mocha and Koalka.
Visitation will be held at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton on Monday July 21st from 10 AM-12 PM, with Funeral Prayers at 12 PM. Interment will be held for family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carlos’ memory may be made to MSPCA Angell at https://support.mspca.org/ or 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. The family has kindly asked to please refrain from sending any floral arrangements for the services.
