Carlos! It took me a while to accept you not being here! Just built enough nerves to write this. You taught me so much through conversation and action. We were roommates, friends and eventually brothers. You never watered anything down in our conversations and I´m a better man for it. You´ve made your mark bro! I love and miss you.

Dear Uncle Carlos,
To the best uncle in the world I thank you and I love you. I will forever hold the memories and words of wisdom you shared with me. You were there for me in a very tough moment in my life, you encouraged me, made me laugh and even cried harder than me at one point. You told me "if you need to cry then cry, if you need to yell then yell, and if you need to get away my door is always opened to you." Most importantly, you told me not to let anyone dim my light, along with a few other things that made me laugh and aren´t exactly appropriate for me to write out. But your words were repeated in my head and helped me to get through my pain. Along with, my NYC birthday trip. You took care of me and my best-friend and encouraged us to have fun and make memories. I thank you for the blessing you have been in my life and my siblings. I wish when you asked me and my sisters to come over and hang out with you in the city that our busy schedules didn´t get in the way. But, I am glad you are resting and at peace. You were right "God´s got you" and he will be watching over us and "got´s" us like you always did. I love you Uncle C.

Carlos
You were not only a great friend but also a true brother. You were always the life of the party. You wore your emotions on your sleeve and had no problems expressing how you feel. The truest definition of ride or die know matter the situation was. We had some great one on conversations on life that will live with me forever. This one really hit hard. Forever in our hearts. Love you brother. May God give each and everyone whom you have blessed with that radiant smile that lights up any room peace during this transition.
Carlos~from the moment we met, you welcomed me as Sis and I never felt like anything less. Thank you for loving my family so fiercely. You'll be missed here, but we know you are finding absolute delight in the presence of our Jesus.

Countless memories & talks we´ve shared together over the years replays in mind over and over again. I feel so hurt losing you. From a coworker, to a friend, to a brother not by blood I love you. A great Godfather to my son too. You always showed me love and was loud about it too.
You are the epitome of what a friend is. Morales, people like you are hard to come by. Always genuine with a big heart. Your physical may no longer be here but your soul will forever live within me. I appreciate always parting ways or hanging up the phone with "I love you snack attack". CJ you´re now at rest and Heaven gained an angel. I´m going to miss you dearly. I love you CJ.
Forever in my heart, Snacks

My Uncle Carlos-Uncle C, as I always called him-was more than just my favorite uncle. He was my best friend, my role model, and one of the truest examples of what it means to be a man who loves his family, his friends, and God. He was always there for me, no matter the hour or circumstance.
This news has been a devastating blow. My family and I had been trying to reach him for days, and we´ve just received confirmation of his passing. The loss is overwhelming.
Uncle C will be missed deeply. My heart is grieving, but I will hold tightly to the love, laughter, and wisdom he shared with me. I´ll never forget the memories, the lessons, and even the tears we shared.
Love you forever and always, Uncle C.
