I met Carlos in a mobile game actually called Puzzles & Survival. He was even our clan lead for a while, and we all spend some fun time together during the height of the pandemic. We developed some incredible bonds and friendships. He and I even met in person when I was passing through town and he gallantly escorted me to lunch and I made him come with me to the art museum. We all knew him as Gemini in the game, affectionately Gemmy. He was a gentleman in game, in person, and one of the nicest people ever. And he will definitely be missed by a large community of us from the game.

I met Carlos a freshmen at Grambling and we have been friends ever since. He has been that person that was always there when you needed him for anything. I hope your family heals through this difficult time and know that you will be missed by many.

Carlos was one of my closest college friends. We met at Grambling and remained friends over the years. You always had such a positive attitude, you never seemed to let anything get the best of you despite all that you were going through. May your mom and family find peace knowing that you are in a better place and no longer suffering. You will truly be missed.
