Carlotta is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mayfield; and her parents.
She is survived by two sons, Dean Mayfield and wife Leslee, Marc Mayfield; brother, Wayne Alford and wife Darlene; sister, Addie Surginer; grandchildren, Haileigh Mayfield, Madeline Lanphier, Journey Grace Mayfield; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 20, 2025 in the Hanner Funeral Service Chapel, with Bro. Gene Parker officiating.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, September 19, 2025 at Hanner Funeral Service.
Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery.
