Carlotta Mae Murphy (nee Hook) Devoted Mother of Edward Murphy (Jenica), William Murphy (Pamela), Kelly Muschaweck (Dave), Dan Murphy, Karen Jansen (Bill), and Kathy Ehlman (Joe). Beloved Daughter of the late Mildred (nee Freeman) and William Hook. Beloved Sister of Billie Ann Wyatt. Loving Grandmother to Daniel Muschaweck (Shannon), Kevin Muschaweck, Sean Murphy, Devin Murphy, and Trey Jansen. Great Grandmother to Will Muschaweck, Ellie Muschaweck, and Cameron Murphy. Additionally, Carlotta is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Please join us to celebrate the amazing life of Carlotta Mae Murphy.
We will gather to share some of our favorite memories and stories, remembering the wonderful woman Carlotta was.
The Celebration of Life, honoring Carlotta Mae Murphy, will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM in Addyston's VFW (140 Main Street, Addyston, Ohio 45001). Please drive around back and enter through the rear entrance to the lower level.
