Carlotta Paulette Waldmann

Carlotta Paulette Waldmann, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, minister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025. She was 74 years old.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 13, 1950, Carlotta was the beloved daughter of Paul Bayless and Frances Hamm. She spent her younger years in Jacksonville, FL. She then moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. She later earned her Registered Nursing degree from the Mathers School of Nursing at Tulane University, dedicating her early career to caring for others with skill and compassion.
Carlotta's deep faith led her into ministry, where she served faithfully as an ordained minister with Christian International. She earned a Master's degree in Biblical Studies from Tallahassee Christian College and completed the Restoring the Foundations course with Chester and Betsy Kylstra. Her passion for prayer counseling and healing ministry became a central part of her life and calling.
She was President of Crosswalk Ministries, served as a prayer counselor on Blog Talk Radio, and authored two spiritual manuals-Restoration Prayer Ministry and Prayers That Restore My Soul. Through one-on-one ministry, teaching, and intercession, Carlotta was deeply committed to helping others find freedom and walk in the purpose God intended for them.
Carlotta is survived by her loving husband, Louis F. Waldmann III; her daughter, Julia Lawson; her son-in-law, Alan Lawson; and her grandsons, Ben and Andy Lawson, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her sister, Becky Mulheron.
In addition to her ministry work, Carlotta found joy in swimming, boating, and spending time outdoors. She especially loved dogs, and her gentle, nurturing spirit extended to all of God's creation.
Carlotta will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her deep compassion, and her life poured out in service to others.
Carlotta's legacy will continue through the lives she impacted, the prayers she prayed, and the truth she carried. She leaves behind a testimony of restoration, purpose, and the redeeming power of God's love.
