Carlton "Duke" Glenn Fagan, Jr., age 68, of Dunnellon, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.Born June 20, 1956, in Jacksonville, to the late Carlton Glenn Fagan, Sr., and Martha Rebecca (Poe) Fagan, Duke graduated from Bishop Kenny High School in 1974, then received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from FSU. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctor degree. Duke practiced criminal and family law, representing clients throughout Florida.Survivors include his loving wife, Kimberly Fagan of Dunnellon; son, Jack Fagan of Jacksonville; brother, John Fagan of Orange Park; sister, Martha Knowles (John) of St. Augustine; uncle, Wayne Poe of Sky Valley, Ga.; nieces, Ashley Fagan and Abby Fagan; nephew, Davis Knowles; and Kimberlys children and grandchildren who fondly called him "Pa Duke".In lieu of flowers folks can make a donation to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation at pulmonaryfibrosis.orgFuneral Mass will be conducted for Duke at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine, 38 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL., 32084 with Father Mac Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the High Springs Cemetery.
