He was born in North Adams, MA on April 4, 1966, a son of Carl William Sorel and the late Christine Marie (Marcil) Sorel Martin. He attended Drury High School.
Carlton was a longtime delivery person for the Berkshire Eagle newspaper. He loved taking care of his dog, "Jasper".
Survivors include his father, Carl W. Sorel of North Adams and his brother Wayne (Nadine) Sorel of North Adams and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Carlton Sorel will be Monday October 2, 2023 at 6:00 PM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA. Burial will be at a later date. Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday from 4-6 PM. To add to the Book of Memories, please visit www.flynndagnolifuneralhomes.com
